How You Can See Who I Am

Are you seeking in my life? Am I a failed friendship and companionship? What can I say about myself? Well...
I come from a cared family... couldn’t ask for a good family...
I have a very few friends... not many but my very small circle of friends know how to be a true friend.
I raised and lived in BuffLUV for sixteen years
I enjoy writing poetry, listening to the music, dancing, exploring and observing the nature

What more can I say? I’m a Spanish ancestry babe. :-D Thus yea, it’s naturally in my blood.
I also enjoy playing volleyball and tennis...
Going to the mall...
Going to the beach when I get a leisure time
Viewing in the city where I am
Observing the nature and letting my thoughts and expressions pour out to my vintage meme notebook
Also, sketching to my sketch diary
Basically I like chilling and doing something
To be the truth, I really can say much about myself through my journals that I recorded
I guess I’ve been quite the difficult with success, you know? Well, you can look down on me and view me as cheap. You will never get me, right?
(Hey my old neighbours, do you remember me? It’s your friendly local neighbourhood boyhoods and Forest Ave! We had great memories! I miss u!)
But anyways I guess you know who I am... Just got to do by keeping motivating...
so keep seeking of what you will like to see in me.
you know I'm making goals to happen...
if you want to say something, then just hit me up and have some coffee/tea chat at the Starbucks or any coffee cafe.
other than that for now on I’m simply love MESELF -:) if you are my haters. But I love you as my enemies. Because Love covers multiple sins of mine. <3

Thus, how can you see who I am.

Step one: Live my own life.

I need to think about my own tastes: 1) interests 2) activities 3) friends 4) hobbies
for example:
1st you like to spend your weekend in hiking
2nd you...in traveling
3rd you...in playing cello
4th you...in taking me to dance class
                    and
5th you...in catching up on your favorite show

My interests are:
art, writing, poetry, performance in ASL, photography, fashion, bakery, volleyball, baseball, swimming, music, dance, travel, adventure, parks, and camping

If you like some of my interests, then you are the right friend for me.

Step two: Looks in all the right places.

you are responsible, respectful, and honest

3 traits are:
friendly, funny, and spiritually-minded

Characteristics are:

-you do your things
-you are tough as winner
-you obey your parents (add to if your parents trained you well)
-you have good friends
-you talk good things
-you do not love money
-you are a Christian and you are reading the Bible

10 places to meet you is in:

-bookstores
-work site
-libraries
-good concerts
-wedding days
-camping sites
-parks
-cafes

Step three: Dress in whatever way makes I feel comfortable and confident.

-oasis skater dress
-sheath dress
-housewife dress 1950’s

Step four: Refine my flirting technique

When you introduce me to a man who he is your friend and interests me, I make my eye contact and smile. If he is watching me, blushes, and look down; then I’m bravely draws my eyes back up and smiles again. I give a man a wink if he is shy at me. If he not feels comfortable, then I avoid my eye contact on him.
> Once a man approaches me, I lean back and relax.
Ask him about his life and commenting positively.
>I’m not afraid to give him my telephone number.

Notes:
I respect the men. ;)

Step five: I make sure I'm a truly compatible.

I ask you of what you want out of life.
                             My Qs:

What is your plan for goals?
What are you going to do to accomplish those goals?

Similarity in values, backgrounds, and goals are a good predictor (future) of success.

Step six: Develop a healthy friendship and companionship.

- agree with you
- have wise mind skills with you
- show you respect
-no judgments with you
-express positive feelings with you
-treat you like I'm mature that you want to see in me -:)

If you are my true friend, then I am enjoying your company and grant that I am satisfied. -:) Yours, Loiriam

My Comment on Reading the Book...

I can read... Plus, I study the vocabulary words after reading. I always love to read the book, magazine, newspaper, Holy Bible and greeting letter. I also can write about what happen in the stories. It’s called “Book Reports”. Some stories are tricking on me as the language is hard for me. I can think and examine the stories, and if I don’t know what the word means, then I can look it up in the dictionary. So, in the home school year, I can read the whole chapter of the book every day. And make the daily Book Report. But, my former governor, George Pataki encourages the kids to learn how to read a reading level and how to write a writing level from preschool to Senior to prepare for the higher education.

My first reason is to read the whole chapter of book a day. That is what I want for building up the vocabulary words. If I read the book and don’t know a word, I can simply using a dictionary by myself as a responsible person instead of asking someone what word mean. I am an adult and mature without assistance. However, if a person want to read a book with me as my helper, I accept.

My second reason is to study all the vocabulary words and get ready for reading test. So I’m studying the vocabulary words every day. And that is a good idea. For example, read a book and if you don’t know what word means, just simply put some words you don’t know on the list of sheet paper. And when you are done with practicing your writing skills on defining the words.

In the conclusion, the total of my two reasons are Reading Level Grade. If I happen again failing the reading, then I keep reading and reading and reading until I get some words.

Chapter Two: Why Do I Feel So Depressed?

Today is the second entry of this blog that I wrote about depression. Here is the story below:

My story is so SAD. I experience the depression for long time since I was about preteen. Why is that situation always happen? First of all, I was half third generation. My grandmother had severe depression. She was suffered until she did apart in 2002. The same as I still battle against depression and attend to see my behavioral therapist. I'm learning how to handle the ups and downs, and trying to get people care. It is not really easy, and I end up in the suicidal thought. No, I want living because life is precious. I should thanks to God for Life. Life is beautiful and life is too short if I intend to kill myself. The truth is, suicide is not the answer. But the famous beloved comedian, Robin Williams was different. He was trying to win his battle against depression, but thing did not work out and that causes him to end of his life by himself on August 11, 2014. It's so SAD to see how Robin had to take his life. Although I'm not necessary to think about suicide and plan to end my life. I don't do drugs. I don't drink and I don't smoke. I'm still fighting against depression.

Have you notice why do I feel so depressed? Three reasons I expresses to you about my depression experience:

1. I feel worthless when I don't make more friends. How come I don't have many friends? The friends and I are different. Their actions and my action are not the same. Their stories and my story are not the same. That is the big main problem in my life. I should have fitting their actions and stories, not my action and story. I'm getting to do what friends are, not what me is. Being me as focus on myself is selfish by not paying attention and not talking to the friends. This is what I'm called myself  "An Unfriended Loiriam". Do you know what that means? It means that I don't friend with anyone. This is not healthy relationship with between me and the friends.

2. I feel anxiety when I don't stop worrying about anything. What do I worry about? I worry about not having enough money to pay the bills, I worry about not finishing my own projects, I worry about more and more. It is like no life. Life is not worrying. Life is in people who have God with as not need to worry about anything. I was an Atheist when I was a little girl. I rebelled against my mother about forcing me to believe in God.  Until when I learn that Romans 1:20 explains about 'no excuse if you don't believe in God had made everything on earth.' I made mistake for not believing in God and I have asked Him to forgive me. He approved me and so on I do still believe in God. Also, another problem is I have panic attack. That is kind of disease I have worse than anxiety. It's no fun to have that! I still battle against panic attack.

3. I feel angry at a person who insulted me. After she had insulted me, I began to feel angry and obsess about her. Manage my anger is really not easy.

In above of all those reasons, how can I reduce depression? It takes a long time to reduce depression because it's not going to heal quickly. However, there is a hope for me if I keep walking outside and observing the nature and if I use with the fact, not with my thought, then I will get help to feel better. And about the food that I eat, I eat healthy and drink a lot of water. Plus, exercise is the best tip for me to do like walking and observing the nature, the other side is to do jogging, jumping on the trampoline, aerobics, dancing, or practicing yoga will help me feel better and free of charges. These are free healthy way to do than going to see the doctor and psychiatrist. Also, if I has a good friend who she or he is interesting in my welfare, then I can express my feeling. She or he will help me feel well.

The next chapter 'loneliness' I will post tomorrow.

Introduction and Chapter One: Why I Don't Like Myself and How Can I Like Myself?

As dedicated to the late beloved comedian, Robin Williams, I want to share the story about why I feel this way. This story is based to not only me, but related to everyone who have experience. I am writing the five chapters about the feeling are 'dislike myself', 'depression', 'loneliness', 'shyness', and 'grief'. The first chapter I wrote for today is here below:

Why I Don't Like Myself?

My story is not special. I has an experience of having no assertion. Because of people tend to force me what I don't like. This makes me not like myself, but I learn a lesson is to love my neighbor as myself.

My limitation frustrates me, because of what my abilities are. For example, no freedom for me. It is truly based on my experience. I cannot achieve to make my parents release me to freedom.

I had a learner's permit. I tried to get my parents and people who I know (have a driver's license) teach me how to drive, but none of them want to teach me. So I tried again to get my learner's permit back but I had to start over again to take a test and I failed so many times. I cannot achieve to pass that tough second learner's permit test. It frustrates me! How wrongful they are!

How Can I Like Myself?

There are two skills that I can do for the people. 1) I cook a meal and feed  the hungry people. And 2) I give the medicine and care the sick people. These are the skills that I can do, but I have only food certification in my real world job. I do not work as a nurse in the real world hospital job. The qualities that I need to practice are studious, patient, compassionate, generous, and kind.

My making the dinner

What are my brief checklist?

1. I set realistic goals are learning how to compose the music for my poems/lyrics, learning French, and learning how to sew the dolls.

2. As a good worker, I can take a pleasure in whatever work I do at home or home school by doing it skillfully and conscientiously.

3. I pick my friends carefully who are truly interested in my welfare, ...build me up.

4. I can be a  closet friend of my God. He is my high and my fortress. James 4:8 helps me how to draw closer to Him.

The next chapter 'depression' I will post tomorrow.
